چکیده
Erectile dysfunction is a serious medical problem because it directly affects the sex life of man, but also has an overall effect on his self-esteem and social behaviour.
Pathophysiologically, erectile may be due to factors vascular origin, anatomical structural features, neurological disorders, hormonal problems, drug-induced or iatrogenic trauma. The so-called psychogenic not uncommon. In addition establishedtherapy with phosphodiesterase inhibitors, there are number publications that focus Shock wave therapy as alternative for treating dysfunction. However, this issue remains debatable. Extracorporeal shockwave used method erection itinduces neovascularization improves blood flow cavernous tissue.
Our goal test efficacy safety Wave determine its place in treatment patients dysfunction.
Clinical follow-up included 120 men between ages 30 75 (mean 55.68) diagnosed Patients were treated monitored period two years (January 2017 April 2019). Detailed anamnestic data was taken, including sexual history, full laboratory tests performed. We following questionnaires evaluate extent dysfunction: International Index Function (IIEF-5), Erection Hardness Score (EHS). All underwent therapy. Course duration ten weeks, one procedure per week. shock equipment (BTL-5000) used.
With regard (EHS), significant improvement penis firmness, immediately after first procedure, which persisted end until third month Improvement firmness mainly observed moderate mild dysfunction, while no complete inability achieve erection.
respect function, groups maintained treatment. No condition severe mean value IIEF-5 increased significantly from 14.54 18.85 treatment, sustained – 18.55. well tolerated by patients, side effects reported during procedure.
developments modern technology pharmaceutical industry have fundamentally changed understanding methods it. More more young people rejecting continued use medication looking effective Thus, need new Based world literature, our own results, we come conclusion extracorporeal Phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors (PDE5). Following course increase without total score before 18.55 3 months This confirms assumption lasting

It is vital to evaluate the volume of the absorbing capacity and the amount of bleeding during endoscopic surgery. However, the monitoring equipment has been blank because of the monitoring methods applied currently have their inborn deficiency. The aim of this project is to design an intelligent system to monitor irrigating fluid absorption and blood loss in the endoscopic surgery rapidly and ...

Although phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE5Is) are a revolution in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) and have been marketed since 1998, they cannot restore pathological changes in the penis. Low-energy shock wave therapy (LESWT) has been developed for treating ED, and clinical studies have shown that LESWT has the potential to affect PDE5I non-responders with ED with few adverse...
